Regulatory Key Management Personnel:

Elexco's lead regulatory specialist is Robin Inwood, who has over 32 years of land experience.  Robin has recently participated in four gas storage applications, five compulsory poolings and two compensation hearings, and is an accepted expert witness.

Randy Hansen has appeared before many courts, regulatory hearing officers and State departments as both a lay and expert witness.  These appearances covered participation in compulsory poolings, off pattern spacing hearings as well as sundry other Right-of-Way and Energy Industry matters.
