Since founding Elexco in 1976 and with many years of diverse practical and managerial experience in the oil and gas sector, Jack Norman successfully established and continues to manage several corporations, both inside and outside of the industry. His background in geophysics, and accumulated knowledge of the land service industry has enabled him to establish and co-ordinate The Elexco Group of Companies and affiliated organizations to meet the growing demands of the market place.
Jack handles the overall co-ordination and forward planning of all Administration and Land activities of Elexco and ELSI, and evaluates and monitors The Elexco Group of companies' progress, effectiveness and compliance with business plan objectives.
Dale
Norman
Land Manager: Elexco
Ltd.
Dale Norman has broad-based experience with Elexco in the negotiation and acquisition of petroleum and natural gas leases, gas storage lease agreements, pooling agreements, unit operation agreements, facilities agreements, easements and rights-of-way. Dale's ability to understand and alleviate the concerns of landowners allows for the successful and expedient completion of projects.
Dale is responsible for, and supervises the day to day operations of the land department for both the oil and gas industry and right-of-way groups. In addition, Dale is a liaison with Conservation Authorities, Ministry of Natural Resources and Ministry of the Environment with regards to obtaining required permits as well as negotiating for leases, easements and rights-of-way for various oil and gas and right-of-way related activities.
Randy
Hansen
Co-Owner and President:
Elexco Land Services, Inc.
Since joining Elexco in 1985 Randy Hansen has gained years of diverse practical and managerial experience in the oil and gas sector throughout the United States. His responsibilities consist of the management and administration of land services, handling projects throughout the Five State area for independent and major oil and gas exploration companies, governmental agencies, and utility companies. In addition, Randy performs the management and training of land acquisition, title, and office personnel comprising up to 45 individuals on a daily basis.
Randy graduated Cum Laude, obtaining his Juris Doctorate Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and was admitted to practice by the Michigan State Bar. He manages all land and legal functions of an in-house land position and in & out of house legal counsel position.
Randy also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Management and Finance), is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Michigan, and has been qualified as an Expert Witness in Huron County Circuit Court. In addition, Randy has completed numerous courses through the International Right-of-Way Association.
Randy's broad industry experience throughout the United States, combined with his extensive academic credentials enables Elexco Land Services, Inc. to meet the unique requirements of ELSI's clientele.

Lynn
Hall
ROW Department Head: Elexco
Land Services, Inc.
Since joining Elexco in 1985 Lynn Hall has gained years of land and title experience in the oil and gas sector throughout the United States. Lynn manages projects from set-up to project completion. She is responsible for the management and training of field personnel in the areas of fee purchase, right-of-way acquisition, oil and gas lease acquisition, title research, title curative, division order curative, document preparation and related land work.
Lynn obtained a BBA in Management from Eastern Michigan University and an Associates of General Business through college. In addition, Lynn is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Michigan, and holds the SR/WA Designation from the International Right-of-Way Association, where she has completed numerous courses.
Lynn's extensive experience in land and title, in addition to her broad education, ensures projects flow smoothly in an effective and timely manner for ELSI's United States clientele.

Paul
Boyce
Land Department Head: Elexco Land Services, Inc.
Paul Boyce started as a land agent with Elexco Ltd. in 1981, gaining diversified
experience as a Land Agent and skills in the negotiation, acquisition
and management of freehold petroleum and natural gas leases, unit operating
agreements, voluntary pooling agreements, surface easements, meter sites,
gas storage lease agreements, statutory declarations, amending agreements,
and due diligence.
Since 1994, Paul has worked
in the Michigan office of Elexco Land Services, Inc., directing the complement
of land agents and landmen. His experience and industry knowledge have
enabled Paul to deal successfully with protracted and difficult property
owner negotiations.
Marko
Pasic
Corporate Counsel: Elexco
Ltd.
Marko Pasic has been an In-House Legal Counsel with Elexco since 1989. As part of the organization's comprehensive land and title services, the Legal Department (in conjunction with outside legal counsel where required) provides efficient and cost effective legal services.
Marko was called to the Ontario Bar in 1989 - Barrister and Solicitor, and holds a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) - University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Arts - University of Western Ontario, and a Certificat de Francais Pratique - University of Western Ontario.
Marko's accumulation of experience and knowledge acquired over the years from legal work completed for right-of-way groups and the oil and gas industry is both advantageous and beneficial to clients.
Barbara
Goetz
Title Department Manager:
Elexco Ltd.
Barbara Goetz has been with Elexco Ltd. since 1981 and has accumulated a vast knowledge in both the oil and gas industry and right-of-way work, while performing title searching requirements in the various Registry Offices throughout Ontario, primarily in Southwestern Ontario, gaining exposure to the Registry, Land Titles and Polaris systems.
Barbara is responsible for co-ordinating the work flow of the title department, and the flow and processing of documentation in an efficient and cost-effective manner for our clients.

Cathy
Dezso
Accounting Department Manager:
The Elexco Group of Companies
Cathy Dezso has worked within all aspects of The Elexco Group's accounting department since 1983, enabling her to gain a comprehensive understanding of the complex requirements of the multiple companies this accounting department services.
Cathy is responsible for co-ordinating the work flow of the accounting department, in addition to corresponding via modem with Michigan and Ohio offices. Cathy manages the processing of landowner payments, client account reconciliations and additional client reporting requests and requirements. Her extensive background in accounting and bookkeeping practices enable this department to function in an efficient and orderly fashion.
