The Elexco Group offers a

small, one-time acquisitions. We specialize in resource land acquisition
and management, pipeline and utility corridors, civic and transportation
rights-of-way and easements, and document administration.

Consulting Key Management Personnel:
Owner and President of Elexco
Ltd., Jack Norman, brings many
years of land and management related experience to the organization.
Elexco's Land/Right-of-Way
Manager, Dale Norman, provides
land services in conjunction with Elexco In-House Legal Counsel where
required, for preparation and review of various agreements.
Dale Norman has broad-based
experience with Elexco in the negotiation and acquisition of petroleum
and natural gas leases, gas storage lease agreements, pooling agreements,
unit operation agreements, facilities agreements, easements and rights-of-way.
Dale's ability to understand and alleviate the concerns of landowners allows
for the successful and expedient completion of projects.
President of Elexco Land Services,
Inc. Randy Hansen, joined Elexco
in 1985 and brings years of land experience to our United States clientele.
Although he does not practice law, Randy brings the benefit of his law
school training to ELSI clients, in addition to his management and administration
background serving independent and major oil and gas exploration companies,
governmental agencies, and utility companies.
As ROW Department Head, Lynn
Hall, a valuable part of the Elexco team since 1985, brings years
of land experience to both petroleum and natural gas land as well as Right-of-Way
acquisition. Lynn has obtained the SR/WA designation from The International
Right-of-Way Association, and manages project set-up through to completion.
As Head of Land Department
for ELSI since 1994, Paul Boyce
brings many years of industry knowledge and experience to the table. Starting
in the oil and gas industry in 1976, Paul has also obtained numerous professional
affiliations, including AAPL, MAPL, OOGA, IRWA, and MOGA. He holds a current
Michigan Real Estate Agent designation as well as being a Notary Public
for Michigan and Kentucky, and has retained status as a Commissioner for
Oath’s in the Province of Ontario.
