Since 1976, The Elexco Group of Companies has gained the experience and infrastructure to provide you with the knowledge and comfort that it can capably handle your requirements.

Elexco Ltd. was incorporated in 1976 by it's founder, Jack Norman, to provide a large range of land and title services for the oil and gas industry, utilities and governmental agencies.  Since it's inception, Elexco (and it's United States sister company, Elexco Land Services, Inc.) has expanded into Western Canada, Michigan, and the North Eastern United States.

Elexco is a full service company that can provide project management, leasing agents, right-of-way agents, title personnel, support staff, legal support through our In-House Corporate Counsel, and systems support through our data and information personnel.

Since The Elexco Group's founding, we have negotiated and registered Petroleum and Natural Gas Leases and Gas Storage Agreements covering in excess of 5million acres, and have completed over 3,500 kilometres of easement and right-of-way work.  Our Title Department has completed over 2,500 forty year searches for oil and gas industry well sites, easements and rights-of-way.

Elexco Land Services, Inc. (ELSI) was incorporated by it's founder, Jack Norman, in 1980 to meet the growing demand for land services by Elexco Ltd.'s U.S. clientele.  ELSI has expanded client services to include transportation and pipeline rights-of-way, telecommunication rights-of-way, eminent domain proceedings, due diligence undertakings, appraisals, and property negotiations within urban and renewal boundaries

ELSI offers the same diverse services offered by Elexco Ltd. and draws on the experience and longevity of The Elexco Group, while maintaining a staff of 11 experienced land agents to ensure the unique requirements of their U.S. clientele are met.  ELSI is managed and operated by Randy Hansen, President, who holds both a juris doctorate in addition to a Michigan Real Estate Broker's License.  He is assisted by Senior Right-of-Way Agent, Lynn Hall, who holds The Senior Designation from The International Right-of-Way Association.


Elite Seismic Processing, Inc. (ESP):

Elite Seismic Processing, Inc. (ESP) is conveniently located in mid-Ohio to serve clients exploring in the Appalachian, Michigan and Illinois Basins.

Elite offers a full suite of custom seismic data processing, and delivers quality with fast turnaround utilizing robust software running on the latest workstations.  ESP is operated under the direction of Chief Data Processor, Don Jennings, who has many years experience with remote sensing within these geologic basins.

Elite provides ancillary geophysical services from well log digitization and synthetics generation, to stratigraphic and structural modeling to help understand the seismic response to the subtle trapping mechanisms and complex lithologies that are hallmarks of Elite's operating areas.

Elite has the systems and processes to convert 9-track tape to CD-ROM.  Benefits include data reduction by up to 1,000 times, extended storage life many times greater than that of metal oxide recording, and the combining of tape, diskette and paper records into one convenient CD format.

Elite is well aware that certain vintage 9-track data sets have suffered significant media deterioration, and has the capability and experience to restore these valuable records.
