The Elexco Group of Companies have developed unique, proprietary customized database programs to satisfy distinct and diverse tracking needs of various industry related organizations located in Ontario, Alberta, Texas, Ohio, Michigan and Virginia.

The Elexco Group has combined the expertise and practical experience of key management personnel with the resources of computer programmers who have hands-on industry experience, to create several successful and comprehensive in-house PC-based computer programs from the ground-up, that have reached beyond the limitations of the typical “canned” packages. 

Elexco's Land Assessment© computer program performs complex land management tracking and is tied to Ontario government assessment data.  This program comprehensively tracks the client's land acquisition process from start to finish, providing the client with unique progress reports and snapshots of progress at any given time throughout the life of the client project.

Elexco's Land Scan© PC-based computer program is offered as a value-added service to Elexco's Southwestern Ontario oil and gas clientele. This service provides data on competitive leasing/leaseholds and is provided at a nominal cost as part of a leasing contract.

I.L.M.'s Lease Maintenance Program© was developed to address the increasing complexity of lease record management.  As a result, I.L.M. has a data management system that reflects the unique nature of both U.S. and Canadian land tenure and survey fabric, which seamlessly incorporates both lease rental and royalty distribution in the same program.

Elexco's Time Management Program© allows for comprehensive client/contract/project tracking to assist the client in evaluating their outsourcing and budgeting scenarios, with monthly breakdowns of time and disbursements.

Our in-house programs:

• Efficiently organize records and data resulting in the expedient handling of various payment requirements from considerations/bonus payments to rental and royalty distribution
• Produce detailed reports for historical and tax reporting purposes where required
• Are capable of continued upgrades and enhancements, allowing customization for client requests and industry changes to further strengthen file management resources
• Provide fast response time on client, landowner and lawyer queries through a large variety of indexing and search methods
• Where available, can be accessed by the client in a read-only mode, on-line through a secure environment. 

Managed by Peter Ogilvie and Rob Detering, our computer staff are adept at the analysis and interpretation of client data and subsequent specific program requirements for the transfer of data either "to" or "from" our databases. 

Our computer support team provides ongoing system updates and enhancements to interpret and handle complex and unique client requirements, including where agreeable, regular importing and exporting of data "to" or "from" the client.
